How does booking work?

Select your preferred date and time, fill in your details, and submit the request. We will confirm your session via email within 24 hours.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected after your booking is confirmed. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Payment details will be included in your confirmation email.

What if my preferred time isn't available?

Submit the request anyway and note your flexibility in the form. We will do our best to accommodate you or suggest the closest available slot.
